These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Free Will Creatives website and your interactions with us through it, including submitting an enquiry. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Submitting the enquiry form on this website is a request to start a conversation — it is not a booking, order, or contract for services. No fees are charged, and no work begins, as a result of submitting an enquiry. A quote or proposal will follow separately once we understand what you're looking to achieve.
Any project work — video, branding, websites, strategy, or other services — is governed by a separate written agreement between Free Will Creatives and the client. That agreement will set out scope, timeline, pricing, payment terms, and ownership of deliverables. These website Terms do not themselves create any obligation to provide services.
All content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Free Will Creatives or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without permission, except as part of normal browsing of the site.
Projects shown in our portfolio are shared with the relevant client's permission. If you believe a project should not be shown or credited differently, contact us and we will review it promptly.
You agree not to use this website in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
This website and its content are provided "as is." While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate and the site available, we do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Free Will Creatives is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
This website may link to third-party websites, including social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external websites and linking to them does not imply endorsement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes relating to them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
