Free Will Creatives was built on a simple belief: creativity should break boundaries, not follow them. We challenge traditional thinking by combining creativity, technology and strategy to deliver bold, innovative solutions. Our mission is to help organisations unlock their full potential, accelerate sustainable growth and achieve results that exceed expectations.
Free Will Creatives began with two people who saw the world differently. We questioned the norm, challenged conventional thinking and believed there had to be a better way to create, collaborate and help businesses grow.
We met as colleagues in the corporate world, where creativity often came with limitations and innovation moved slower than ambition. Like so many people, we found ourselves fitting into systems that weren't designed to encourage bold ideas. We knew we were capable of more, not just for ourselves, but for the businesses we wanted to help. So, instead of waiting for change, we became it.
We are a UK creative agency specialising in branding, marketing, website design building, content creation, videography, social media, IT solutions, business technology, digital strategy, and more. Working with businesses of all sizes, we help organisations build memorable brands, attract new customers and achieve sustainable growth through creative thinking and innovative technology.
In August 2026, we took the leap and founded Free Will Creatives. Not because it was the easy option, but because we believed in our skills, trusted our instincts and wanted to build something authentic. A place where creativity has no ceiling, ideas are encouraged to grow, and people are empowered to think differently.
The name Free Will is a reminder that we all have a choice. A choice to create, to innovate, to take risks and to build something meaningful. It's about having the freedom to be unapologetically yourself, and helping others do the same.

Shannon Stevenson
Co-Founder | Creative Director
With more than a decade of experience in marketing, communications and crisis management, Shannon has built her career around one thing: telling stories that make people stop, listen and take action.
Beginning as a journalist, she developed a passion for uncovering stories and bringing them to life, something that naturally evolved into branding, content creation and strategic marketing. Whether it's developing a brand identity, producing video content, planning campaigns or crafting compelling copy, Shannon thrives on transforming ideas into experiences that connect with people.
Away from the office, she's a singer-songwriter, videographer, and lifelong creative. If there's a vision in your head, Shannon's mission is to bring it to life.
Ryan Allison
Co-Founder | Technical Director
Ryan brings the technical thinking behind the creativity.
With extensive experience delivering IT business solutions, website development and bespoke project management systems, he specialises in turning complex challenges into seamless digital experiences. His ability to blend innovation with practical problem-solving ensures every project is as functional as it is creative.
A licensed drone pilot with a passion for emerging technology, Ryan believes the best solutions are rarely found by following the crowd. Whether he's building websites, streamlining business processes or exploring new ways to push creative boundaries, his focus is always the same: helping businesses work smarter and dream bigger.
